Nancy Lucket was appraised in 1847, $400.00. Her three children, Fanny (a nickname for either Georgeanna or Eliza), Charles, and John, were appraised separately. Nancy Lucket had another child, an infant girl (Georgeanna or Eliza) who was born sometime in the fall of 1852. Nancy Lucket and her four children were reappraised in November, 1852, $1100.00. It was noted that her health had failed somewhat. They were sold together in November, 1852 to Lyttleton Waddell, Esq./Lyttleton Waddell, Sr., $1100.00. Waddell already owned Nancy Lucket’s husband, Ned. Waddell lived in Augusta County but was planning to remove to Raleigh, North Carolina with his family. He moved to North Carolina but returned to Virginia.

Nancy Lucket was hired out for a period of time in 1848 to A. M. Simpson. She was hired out in 1849 for a period of time to L. Waddell, Sr. She was hired out to Rd? M. B. Brown for a brief period in 1852.
